We love staying at Bendamere House B&B The rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. Julie and Kerry are great hosts. The homemade shortbread and breakfasts are very tasty. Geoff and Marilyn

Excellent facility with kind and helpful hosts. I arrived by train and was able to get a shuttle there, but after dropping bags it was an easy, quick walk on a pedestrian paved path in and out of town center. A luxury stay with fabulous amenities in the room, home cooked breakfast, and awesome views of the coast and mountains from every window. True to photos on the website. Very peaceful compared to the other lodgings I saw off the main streets. Attaching a couple pics of the views from my apartment.
We enjoyed every Minute of our stay with Kerry and Julie. We were very lucky to get there, because another couple had to cancel there booking so we came in as a substitute. We apprechiate also the Diner booking at The Pier Hotel by Julie. We will come back, if there is a booking available. We also loved the Cheese and Ham crouzon. Thank you for the perfekt stay.
Wonderful place ! Julie and Kerry are lovely and helpful people. We felt like home thanks to a friendly and warm welcome. The breakfast was excellent. You absolutely have to taste Julie's ham and cheese croissant !

We could not have asked for better accomadations. Bendamere House was top on our list in our 4 weeks of travel in New Zealand. We only wish we had stayed longer. From the warm greeting by Julie to her lovely breakfast and lively conversation, plus recommendations for restaurants and activities, she was an excellent hostess. The view of the beach and mountains from our 2nd floor balcony was all we needed to relax and soak up the Kaikoura vibes. A bonus was the HOP and seeing all of the classic cars. Absolutely amazing way to end a special South Island trip by staying at Bendamere and being hosted by julie. Excellent facilities and even better service and friendly hospitality. The views from the room and grounds were world class - hard to beat the Kaikoura's on a good day. Will definitely make this a stop on our next trip through Kaikoura. Well done Julie and Kerry - fabulous. Highly recommended. Colin & Lenie.
What a delightful place too stay. Apartment very comfortable with amazing sea views. Hosts very friendly and very informative about local eateries etc. Little touches like homemade biscuits in room and the very yummy breakfast much appreciated
